Venue Amenities Inclusive of:

Only one wedding per day – the contracted time is exclusively yours
Venue Event Manager for the day
Several possibilities for ceremonial sites, receptions, cocktails, pre-ceremony and more
Access to the venue for up to 12 hours (includes set up & tear down)
Two separate getting ready suites
A broad selection of required full service caterers
In-house tables and chairs for up to 200 guests
Lola’s Loft & the Ballroom can be used as indoor back up space in case of inclement weather
Complimentary parking onsite
Market lights strung over a beautifully landscaped courtyard
Kids lounge area includes Wii gaming system & DVD player
Wine room used specifically for food service – Buffets, Food Stations, Dessert bars
